Ich finde ihn spitze, da er durch die Transparenz unauffällig und nicht so beängstigend wirkt, wie herkömmliche Maulkörbe. Damit sich der Hund ihn nicht ausziehen kann (er sitzt sehr gut!) verbinden wir ihn sicherheitshalber dennoch mit dem Halsband (unser Halsband hat eine Metallöse). Was ich auch besonders gut finde, ist, dass der Hund, im Gegensatz zu den Schlaufen/ Schlaufen-Maulkörben, immer noch sehr gut hecheln, trinken und Leckerchen kauen kann. Wir lassen unseren Hund damit aber nicht unbeaufsichtigt (damit er ihn nicht kaputt kratzt oder ähnliches). Meistens trägt er ihn, wenn er um uns herum ist (während Besucher zu Gast sind). Gruß! If you cut the bottom piece off the muzzle and buff it out the dog can drink water and take treats but there's not enough room for a full pant. This does work for my needs and it is bite proof so my doggy who resource guards can't chomp my friends dogs who come into our house. I'm trying my best to train her out of her behavioral issues but these things are rooted in her emotions and will take time to work through. I made the muzzle a positive experience by letting her lick peanut butter out of it or any time she would interact with the muzzle we'd throw kibble away from her to make a fun chase the kibble touch the muzzle kinda thing and it's been working well.

Ne ho provate tante, quindi ho deciso di provare anche con questa. Fino ad ora l'unica che il mio cane non riusciva a togliersi era quella in metallo, ma le mie povere gambe prese musate nel tentativo di farlo, non erano molto contente. Finalmente ho trovato questa! Gli ho fatto delle modifiche tagliando un pezzo sotto in modo tale che possa uscire la lingua e gli si possano dare i premietti e ho allargato dei buchi davanti per fare circolare più aria, il tutto mantenendo comunque la sicurezza dello strumento. Ora è perfetta. Posso camminare senza paura che il mio cane attacchi qualche umano che si avvicina troppo a me (che sono di sua esclusiva proprietà!).

I need a muzzle for my rescue who was living rough in Romania for 5 years and is practically wild as a result - very aggressive to unknown dogs and liable to attempt to catch and eat anything living e.g. birds, mice, and (regularly) honey bees, all of which behaviour I don't want. I went for this muzzle because the previous one I had, a cloth one that keeps the jaws closed, frayed quickly from her attempts to remove it. So I wanted a sturdy muzzle but which is as discrete as possible because muzzled dogs get often draw unpleasant attention all round e.g. other dog owners who cross the street or retrace their steps when they see me coming, or just passers by who glare.This muzzle fit the bill. In practice it certainly seems durable enough. It is made from flexible plastic of the type that can easily be cut with regular scissors. The straps, unusually, are not made of woven nylon but of something like rubber which, while it made not be as long lasting as the usual material, certainly looks and feel more expensive and won't stink (as the typically used material on dog harnesses is the same as that typically used on muzzles and it eventually gets really bad smelling and needs to be washed).My dog has quite a short snout so I went for the smallest size which was too long (it was still useable but looked too long sticking out about two inches from the end of her mouth). I was going to return it but at only £9 I was prepared to try to cut it to size to avoid the hassle and this worked a treat.I think the muzzle looks really smart and is about as discrete as one can be. My only gripe is that the construction allows for mud and grass to get into the front if the dog wearing it tries to remove it by dragging it off on the ground. This happened to me a couple of times and it while washing the muzzle is otherwise easy, it's a bit of a pain getting it clean if the dog does this. For the price, this muzzle is quite amazing.
