These insoles were easy to put into my shoes and had a sizing guide in the bottom to cut them to your desired size.They are cool and breathable, giving a cooling effect to your feet when you put your shoes on.I wasn't a huge fan of the bumpy texture of the front part of the foot, just under the toes. Maybe it's some sort of aid to pressure relief or something but I'm not quite liking how the bumps feel under my foot. Maybe I will get used to it, or maybe not.

I use insoles like these at all times except in bed at night, to reduce impact on my joints and to support my flat feet. Long ago I suffered a long time with incapacitating plantar fasciitis, so I do understand how desperate victims of PF can feel. Frankly, I don't think insoles, however supportive, can cure pf. though they may help prevent it or recover after it. Mine never got better until a physio taped my foot up with layer upon layer of zinc oxide tape, so that it was completely immobilised. (I believe instructions for doing this taping can be found on YouTube.) I don't want sellers to deceive pf sufferers with false hopes.Just now I am wearing these insoles in my imitation Crocs. They are wide enough to fit well. My feet are size 9 (men UK) and these are almost a perfect fit. I just needed to cut a tiny amount off the length, which was easily done with scissors and the guideline grooves helpfully provided on the underneath of the insoles. I fear anyone with size 10 and above feet would find these insoles too small.My previous pair of insoles (advertised as "Heavy Duty") have a much harder supportive shell under the instep and heel. That suits me, and may be better for longer walks, but around the house I can't detect any difference between the two brands. They both felt really comfortable from the get-go. I can imagine that the firmer support might be uncomfortable for some people.The current price of £21.99 is dearer than many orthotic insoles offered on Amazon. I suggest the prospective buyer take time to match their needs against what the various sellers advertise. (My previous insoles came from the Welnove Store.) Moiso do not offer Free Returns, so although they do promise a "hassle-free refund" if you change your mind, you will probably have to pay the return postage.

In reality, I had to cut them smaller than the guidelines shown on the insole and reduce the width. I've used insoles for years, so know what to expect. I found these insoles very hard especially on the instep. I felt that they were pushing up into my foot and they were uncomfortable. I wouldn't want to walk a long way using these. Neither the heels nor the balls of my feet felt cushioned or supported. I bought these for a specific pair of lace-less shoes that were just a little too loose for me, and they've made my shoes a perfect fit. On the plus side they're nice and bouncy too!
