I decided to splurge on a Milwaukee tape measure over other brands, drawn by its reputation for quality—and I couldn't be more impressed. The build is exceptionally sturdy, and the hold gap underneath makes measuring effortless. It's clear that a lot of thought went into the design and durability of this product. This product is not auto lock, so false advertisement. Auto lock is when you pull it out it automatically locks, this product you have to manually lock it yourself. I requested a replacement as I specifically wanted an auto lock tape measure and I got sent the same one again.
