I had no idea how many Allen wrenches I had in my junk drawer until I received this set and threw out all the one-offs! Each time I order a chair, bookshelf, or handicapped assistive device, I get the size wrench needed to put the item together. If I need to adjust later on, I must search through my junk drawer or hope I taped the wrench to the bottom of the item! This wrench set has simplified the process of always having an Allen wrench available. It contains all the average wrench sizes and a bunch of sizes I haven't used. I love the organization of the kit. Each wrench has its own place. The extra length is nice for reaching tight spaces, and all of the wrenches fit onto my ratchet handle or my power drill. After two months of use, the coating on the wrenches has resisted scratches when scraping against other metals or being dropped to the ground. My husband and I work in IT, and these wrenches have come in handy as quick solutions for adjusting server racks or installing firewall equipment.I highly recommend this set. Even if you think you don't frequently use Allen wrenches, you'll be surprised how often you'll use this set once you have it in your house!

This is a very nice hex bit socket set complete with a durable case that keep the bits well organized. The set includes SAE (from 1/8" to 7/16") and metric (H3 to H12) with the sizes etched on each bit. All of the bits are 6" long which should get you into deep spaces, but you can add an extension should you need longer access. The case holds the bits quite well, almost too well as there were a couple that I had to pry out with a screw driver. But I'd rather do that than have bits falling out each time I opened the case. It would have been a nice touch to have a handle on the case to make it easier to grab but that's more a personal preference. The manufacturer states these are impact gun rated, but I have only used mine with socket wrenches. Each bit attached easily to my socket and did the job without any slop. These are the types of bits that most people won't use much, but will be handy when needed. Overall a nice tool set to have in the tool box.

I’ve gone through more hex bit sockets than I care to admit - either they round off, snap, or vanish into the black hole behind the workbench. But this LIBRATON 3/8" Drive Long Impact Hex Bit Socket Set? This one’s a keeper. The quality here is top tier, with a solid build that screams durability and just the right touch of overkill. That 3/8" drive is right in the sweet spot for me - not too big, not too fussy - just good old reliable torque delivery. The real standout, though, is the length. At 6 inches, these bits reach deep into engine bays, behind suspension components, and into those joyfully inaccessible places where fasteners love to hide. The S2 steel bits mated to CR-V steel sockets feel rock solid - no flex, no twist, no drama. I even let the impact wrench eat on a couple stubborn bolts, and the sockets didn’t flinch.LIBRATON even got the little things right. The blow-molded box is tidy and not ridiculously oversized like some. The laser-etched sizes are actually readable. And the coating? That manganese phosphate finish is more than just fancy talk - it shrugs off grime and doesn’t flash rust if you so much as think about humidity.Summary:A high-quality, long-reach, impact-ready hex bit socket set that feels right at home in any garage, whether you’re wrenching on bikes, cars, or some unholy contraption you built in the shed.Pros:✅ Excellent build quality with durable S2 and CR-V steel✅ 6" length makes access easy in tight or recessed spaces✅ Designed for both impact and hand ratchets✅ Clear markings and a solid, well-organized case✅ Full SAE and metric coverageCons:❌ Might be overkill if you just need short bits for light-duty stuff❌ No flex extensions or adapters included (but that’s nitpicking)🏅 Verdict:A heavy-duty set with long reach and real muscle - if you need to get into tight spots and apply some serious torque, this one delivers.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 Excellent)

PRODUCT:“LIBRATON 3/8" Drive Long Impact Hex Bit Socket Set, Allen Bit Sockets, S2 Steel Hex Head Sockets, 20PCS Allen Wrench Socket, SAE&Metric Allen Bit Socket Set, 6" Long Allen Key Sockets, Blow Molded Box By LIBRATON”------------20 piece 3/8” socket-Drive Allen hex wrench bits (6” long) set includes:11 Metric sizes: (3mm to 12mm): H3, H4, H4.5, H5, H5.5, H6, H7, H8, H9, H10, H129 SAE sizes: (1/8-inch to 7/16-inch): 1/8, 5/32, 3/16, 7/32, 9/32, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16NOTE: 1/2” isn’t included, BUT the H12mm(11.97mm) = 0.471” so may be close enough? The shaft length is ~4.9” long, but total length with the 3/8” socket head is 5.9” long.------------------------LIKES:Have you ever had screws to insert or remove where they are “tight” the whole length, and cannot be simply spun out with your fingers? With Hex head screws the typical wrench is L shaped, or a longer T-Handle shape. Some short hex allen screw head sockets are available, but may not work where I’d need to use a long T-handle type wrench.THIS set is fantastic for that use case. I can use a ratchet wrench, impact driver, or drill to remove those screws with thread-lock on them easily. These are also great if you suffer from repetitive stress injury(RSI) in hands, or Carpal Tunnel, etc.Shaft sizes are: 1/4” for smaller sizes, then up to 8mm, then 10mm, then 12mm, & 5/16”, 7/16”For 6 of them, the Hex tip matches the size of the shaft. The other 14 have tips smaller than the shafts. (see pictures)The reduced tip size length is about 0.4” long, but the machined hex length may be shorter. Some smaller ones have machined hex lengths of ~0.25” long and 0.2” long for 1/8” and H3 sizes.I suspect that is to keep them as strong as possible since they are impact rated? The main time I can think of where that could be an issue is for some “SET SCREWs” where an allen head screw is recessed deeper, and the access hole is the same size as the screw.I include 2 pictures showing all the tips so you can decide for yourself if you have any “use cases” where that might be an issue, to “be prepared”.---------------Ever since I got a “complete” set of (cheap) L shaped allen wrenches years ago, only to find out that many of the smaller ones were machined TOO SMALL which then stripped out the screw heads when used -- I’ve been checking the smaller sizes to be sure they are NOT undersized:I measured the smaller ones in this set. I’m very pleased to find they will fit, and will NOT be too loose:1/8”(.125)= 0.1235”; 5/32(.1562)”= 0.155”; 3/16”(.1875) = 0.18553mm= 2.97mm; 4mm=3.96mm; 4.5mm=4.45mm---------------These bits are built very strong for impact driver use where that is possible or advisable.--------------------------------THE STORAGE CASE:The very Sturdy CASE has real hinges and a metal hinge pin (not a plastic flap). It also has a METAL closure latch which latches onto a wide/thick plastic tab.SAE sizes are on top BLUE colored half, and Metric are on the bottom BLACK half. Each slot has the size marked in raised lettering in plastic, as well as etched on the bit (so the size on the bit doesn’t have to be facing up to see its size in the box).Packed somewhat tightly for smaller storage size and better than others I’ve noted, but they are still finger accessible. (They are held in snugly and do NOT fall out when the case of folded over to close it!)When re-inserting a bit in the box, it inserts MUCH easier to have the parallel flat sides enter, with a corner facing up as you push down on the bit.Measured Plastic Case size: L~27cm(10.6”), W~19.7cm (7.75”), Depth 6.7cm (2.6“)The case OPENs to: 15” (38cm) x 10-5/8” (27cm)I see four molded feet on the bottom, (which also keep the metal latch clasp from rubbing on a surface).I also note identical but recessed feet size moldings on the TOP of the case for another case to stack into. This tells me that “Libraton” must also make other cases this same size with other tools in them. There is a tab with a 4mm(If several of these cases were stacked, a thin rod could be threaded through that hole of all of them and locked somehow?I do note that the case does NOT indicate what the contents are, so that’s a plus security wise. But not when looking for the right tool, so that’s what labels are made for.DISLIKE:A Quibble: It has 3 feet at the hinge side so that it stands mostly vertically. But if you try to stand it on either end or the front it will tilt, and more easily tip over.Probably my biggest annoyance is found when this is crammed into a transportable toolbox next to many other things. There is NO HANDLE to lift it out with!(I could try to open the latch and use that to lift it out with?- No, that side of the latch is not made for that.)BUT the nice thing about molded cases is that they are very easily modified. A simple slot through the plastic at either end of the catch side with a tie-wrap threaded through to grab onto works nicely. (or a string/rope if you prefer, only needing one drill hole at either latch-side end.)So: There’s not much NOT to like about this set.
