We have 2 large cats (6.5kg) & 2 small westie dogs. We had a problem with dogs eating huge amounts of cat litter & chomping on cat poo when they could. It took me a while to buy this product because it is rather expensive but I had become desperate.It is brilliant! We left the lid off for a week to let the cats get used to it & then the lid went on. The cats use it regularly, the dogs can’t get to any of the litter, it doesn’t smell at all & I love the fact the litter scoop sits inside & it’s really easy to clean.The dogs no longer smell of cat poo, I no longer have to clean up stray litter all over the place & it looks fabulous, like star wars meets pingu!!

I love this litter box. I've had it for 3 weeks now and it works beautifully. My cat is pretty easy going so she took to the new box right away. My issue was with her kicking the litter so far out of the box it got everywhere! This one works like a charm and have seen a significant decrease in litter on my floor. I was worried when I read the comments and people were having issues with their cats peeing high and it going outside of the lid but that hasn't happened with ours so if your cat doesn't pee high you are all good! Highly recommend, the price was worth it!

I have 4 cats ranging between 12-18 lbs. They were all familiar with covered litter boxes. I got this one because it’s esthetically more pleasing and I thought that less litter would be getting kicked out due to the design - my litter pans with lids didn’t contain litter as well because some of it still got through the seams where the lid and pan meet. I was so right about this igloo! My cats took to it right away and it keeps litter and smells inside! I use a litter genie, so I don’t keep the scoop in the igloo, which gives them more space. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase, absolutely worth the $$$

I've had this litterbox for less than 24 hours and I'm already over the moon about it. I can tell my 3lb kitten isn't as fond of it as the open box because the journey in is a little long/scary for her, however, it eliminates smell and decreases litter spillage outside of the box by probably 95%. So clean! Also very cute and not too space-consuming. Never been so content with a purchase in my life.It also comes with a scoop, which wasn't mentioned in the description. I actually ended up also purchasing the Pidan scoops that is sold separately, and I would recommend doing that if funds permit (it's about $20 which is admittedly a lot for a scooper). The scoop that comes with the igloo is rather small for such a spacious litter box and is a much thinner/lighter plastic than the individual scooper. That said, it ultimately doesn't make too much of a difference.
