impeccable pour mes loisirs créatifs notamment création à base de perles, grossie très bien les petites pieces, bras de la lampe suffisamment long, un peu raide mais ça ne me dérange pas. J'ai enlevé une étoile à cause du poids mais le système de réglage pour la fixer sur la table est costaud et la maintient bien. Pour l éteindre il faut la débrancher. Je recommande cet article sans problème.

I've had older versions of this same sort of thing (pre-LED technology) and the one thing that always bothered me was not being able to get the item being inspected lit properly. So the additional benefit of various warm/cool color options and dimmability are a definitely plus.A magnifiers go, this is a fairly large one. Due to that and due the fact that it's a glass lens, the neck has to be a bit stiff - lest the head not stay where positioned. For my purposes (inspecting small print, makers marks, looking for evidence of damage, etc, as well as for soldering), I didn't find that off-putting.I included a couple of pictures shot through the magnifier. The charger (not the charger for the magnifier) in my hand was positioned approximately 9 inches below the lens and the shots were taken from about 7-8 inches above it. This is meant to demonstrate the scale of magnification. While I was able to read the small print on the charger, I wasn't able to pick that up with the camera (the two white spots on the lens are reflections of my camera's flash.All in all, I can't find much of anything not to like about this magnifier. If I was being real picky, I might question why the cord is black (both the unit itself and the charger block are white) - but that's just an aesthetic quibble. Good product!
