The lock some times gets jammed so it needs some hard knosks to get it working...

Fa il suo dovere, credo sia altamente resistente a tutto ma.. anche alla chiave fornita in confezione.Spesso si "incricca" senza completare il giro, nonostante accorgimenti sul fatto che sia pulita e tutto.Ho staccato dal lavoro alle 21, ho sbloccato la moto alle 21.45, dopo aver forzato girando la chiave (Con la possibilità che si potesse rompere dentro..) Restituito, magari però era il mio lucchetto fallato.

With this chain and lock, I am confident that my bike will not get stolen. It is heavy, so I wouldn’t take it mountain biking or on long trips. However, it is great for short errands. It’s too big for my small bike bags, so for a quick errand around town, I don’t mind taking it in my backpack. The peace of mind after parking my bike makes it worth it.But the best and by far the most important use for me for this chain/lock is to secure my bike at home when I am away on a long trip. If a thief knows you’re not home, he may take more aggressive measures to try and steal the bike than he would if it were outside and in the open for any potential bystanders to witness. But when he sees this heavy duty chain and lock wrapped around a beam that holds up the garage ceiling - which is the floor of a large loft above that is loaded with heavy items - he would most likely conclude that it is not worth taking the risk to try and steal this bike. It would just take too much time, as well as noise, to try and cut this heavy duty lock/chain; and it would be extremely risky to try and cut the support beam that holds up the garage loft.This striking, heavy duty chain/lock serves as a wonderful deterrent which would discourage almost any would-be thief (most are amateurs in a hurry), and has therefore given me genuine peace of mind when I am separated from my bike. It’s worth every penny!

Dopo un paio d'anni d'uso: ottimo materiale aspetto "strong" che scoraggia malintenzionati, resiste all'esterno (tappo scorrevole a protezione interno serratura). Purtroppo in chiusura e soprattutto in apertura frequenti rifiuti per difficoltoso adattamento della chiave ai cilindri, per legge di Murphy quando si ha fretta o piove, peggio se si insiste e si sforza. Respirare fondo, estrarre la chiave, provare a girarla di 180°, reinserirla e ............In conclusione antifurto a prova di ladro e di proprietario.Buona qualità, richiede calma e pazienza.

Catena e lucchetto possono far desistere anche un ladro esperto, massiccio e robusto. Spedizione e venditore ok

Il prodotto è buono e molto resistente. E' più corta di quello che mi aspettavo quindi consiglio per gli scooter di prendere una catena quasi il doppio più lunga. Di questa misura permette solo di legare una ruota a se stessa senza poter girare intorno a un palo. Ho utilizzato per il ritiro un punto Amazon locker, comodissimo!

How do you review a lock and chain which hasn't actually been attempted to be broken? I'm not sure... so I'll have to go on looks and perceived build quality.1) The chain is extremely heavy and thick, there are no rounded edges on it making it harder to cut as it distributes the force across a wider area, all of the welds are precise and clean. The chain cover it comes with seems to be tough and I don't think it'll wear out any time soon and does a good job of insulating the chain from what your'e chaining up.2) the lock itself seems sort of like standard mini U-lock fare. It does have a nice feature with a tumbler cover that is supposed to keep the weather out but I'm not sure how well it actually works. It does seem a bit larger and more robust than some other mini u locks I've had and the key is an actual key and not one of those round ones which can be defeated with an empty bic pen.It's really heavy, this isn't the lock to take with you if you're commuting a long distance on a bicycle. This is more the lock you want if you have to lock your bike in an insecure area at home for storage or for the short trips around town. I just don't think I would really want the added weight for other situations.

まあ、特殊な工具を使えばきれないことはないんでしょうが、少なくとも私はこんな重たくて太いものをどうにかしようとは思いません。重たいので自宅での地球ロック用でしょう。まあ、カバンに入れて持ち運べない事もありませんが……チェーン部分を取り外せば、スポークやディスクの穴に通して使えるので、遠出の簡易ロックにもなります。ダンベルやバーベルをご検討の方は、こちらをご購入されると一石二鳥かと思います。よほど自信があるのでしょう、盗難見舞い金制度、というのに無料で（正確に言うと切手代52円必要）加入できます。このロックをしていてなお盗まれた場合、見舞金が支払われます。いくらなのかはわかりません。

La vue de cette chaîne décourage n'importe qui pour voler ce qu'elle protège.Par contre elle est lourde, 4Kg.Pour le transport pas très pratique car enrouler autour de la tige de selle ou dans un sac à dos mais c'est le prix a payer pour ce type de protection.

per qualche motivo la chiave non gira sempre perfettamente, se il gancio non è perfettamente allineato o ha qualche piccola pressione laterale la chiave non ha effetto, quindi qualche volta in posizioni particolari ti fa imbestialire. detto questo è un buon prodotto

Non acquistato su Amazon ma su un sito online tedesco devo riconoscere che questa catena della Kryptonite fa "paura" solo a guardarla: pesa oltre 3kg con maglie da 12mm e un lucchetto da 14;la prima impressione e' che sia praticamente inespugnabile,ma certo non lascio in giro la bici tanto per vedere se effettivamente resiste agli attacchi dei malintenzionati.Un difetto e' il peso,tanto che forse sarebbe piu' consigliabile usarlo per proteggere una moto, ma non c'è nulla da fare : se vuoi un acciaio temprato e cementato devi mettere nel conto un aumento esponenziale dei...... grammi impegnati
