La catena è affidabile al massimo ,solo quando inserisco la chiave nella serratura molte volte non prende bene ..

Perfetta, l’essere così corta limita la possibilità di fare leva per spezzarla, ma ovviamente limita le possibilità di legarla

ho comprato questo kriptonite perchè dalle recensioni online l'ho trovato sicuro ed efficace. La serratura a dischi non è scassinabile se non da ladri molto esperti (che sicuramente hanno di meglio da fare che scassinare la mia bici da poco) e non è tagliabile dai tronchesi da fune.Lo preferisco a quelli a "U" perchè è più flessibile, si può arrotolare intorno alla canna per trasportarlo e permette un po`più di flessibilità per attaccarsi a supporti di vario tipo.Unica pecca (ma lo sapevo già) è pesante e più grande di quanto sembri in foto.

Es una cadena de mucha calidad, gruesa y pesada. Compré la más pequeña para mi bici pero sí es pequeña aunque imagino que si esta es pesada más larga sería mayor el esfuerzo y la molestia de transportarla. Se ve super segura y el candado muy sólido. Un poco molesto de operar por el sistema y el peso pero definitivamente lo recomiendo, vale mucho la pena. Tuve suerte de comprarla en promoción porque es muy cara. ¿Lo vale? Mmmmmm, creo que no pagaría lo que cuesta ahora. La OKG de 12 mm con candado incluido que también tengo es de muchísima calidad, el candado no tanto pero cumple y por menos de la mitad del precio. Ese sí vale cada peso que cuesta. Con kryptonite también pagas marca.

I got the smaller size of this chain, not sure why people complain it's too small when it's still about as large as a small~medium ish sized D-lock. Plenty of room to lock around your rear wheel, frame, and a bike rack, with just the tiniest bit of room left over which is perfect as too much extra room allows thieves room to manouvre tools to break the lock. No you won't be able to lock multiple bikes with the small size, but the weight saving to me was worth it.Perfect for my needs, where I only need to occasionally carry the lock with me, but also need as much security as possible as I leave the bike parked in front of work 5 days a week, Mon-Fri. I bring the chain to work on monday morning, leave it behind on the bike rack the rest of the week, and take it home with me Friday evening to minimise chance thieves tamper with it on the weekends, and incase I decide to commute to the shops on weekend.The lock comes with 3 Keys which is more than plenty - I keep the one with the light on my keyfob, the light is an extremely nice touch, easy to unlock at nighttime. I keep another in my locker at work, and another one at home. Registering the keys online was also extremely fast, but I doubt I'll manage to lose all 3 keys across the lifespan of this lock but good to have that peace of mind.I find if you use the lock daily, a couple drops of DRY(teflon or ceramic based) bicycle chain lube into the keyway, maybe once a month or two is plenty to keep the disc detainer style keyway turning smoothly, I've never ever experienced the lock being hard to open as some other reviews have stated. And disc detainers are far more pick-resistant, as basically no thief has the right tools or expertise to tackle this type of keyway.No bike lock is 100% safe but so far, in the past month at least 2 bikes have been stolen from the neighbourhood, yet there have been 0 nicks or cuts on this lock to indicate any of the thieves have even bothered trying to cut it. Also being close to the front of work, I'm only 5 seconds away if I start hearing a disc cutter or dremel and I'm confident it'd take even the best equipped, and extremely brazen thief at LEAST twice, probably ten times that amount of time to cut through this lock. That plus the fact I've scuffed my bike (duct tape/stickers all over the bike frame in multiple spots to cover the brand and model of the bike, keep it dirty, equipped it with cheaper components like tourney or acera altus) should theoretically keep my bike relatively safe from theft. Leave the nice bike at home for weekends and rides after getting home.

Come da titolo, buona qualità troppo corta

I bought this and thought it was a great lock until the lock mechanism became faulty only after 2 months. The key constantly gets stuck in the lock and takes about 10 minutes to get the lock open with some delicate key turning, it’s like trying to crack a safe!Also I can’t find away to return or get a replacement!

Solido di fatto ed in apparenza. Facile da usare anche per un bambino. Sino ad ora non ha creato problemi. Attenzione solo alla lunghezza. Se lo ricomprassi lo prenderei di 90 cm e nn di 55

Non è enorme ma potete ben vedere che fa ciò che dovrebbe: permettere di bloccare la ruota posteriore ed il telaio della bici ad un posteggio bici in maniera semplice ed ottimale. Per bloccare la ruota anteriore potete poi acquistare un'altra catena o archetto, come ho fatto io nella foto. In totale spenderete comunque meno che per la catena kryptonite da 90 cm. Consigliato (per ora!).
