I love this Holder Pencil, is just what I wanted! it hold my 3.8mm diameter French chalks and doesn't break as it is all in metal. Thank you very much.

Kaliteli değil belki daha ucuz olsa olabilir ama bu fiyata çok daha iyileri var.

If you are studying Figure Drawing, this is an excellent mechanical pencil. I own a lot of lead holders, but this is my favorite. It's completely worth the price and more. With a 3.8mm lead sharpened, you can either draw with the point, giving you a nice strong line (similar to a 2mm lead). But, with this, you can draw with the side of the lead point to draw dramatic lighting and shading, similar you drawing with the side of a thick colored wax or charcoal pencil that was whittled sharp with razor (as used in figure drawing) -- but without needing to whittle.I love the fact that I don't need to carry a real razor, and that I can simply retract the lead point and carry this "colored pencil" in my pocket. Very convenient, and very durable.Standard HB and 2B graphite leads are also available. (I think one of mine came with an HB lead in it.) But the Ivory Black 3.8mm colored lead gives more punch to your drawing. You can get a variety of colored 3.8mm leads for this holder. The colored leads lay down smooth and have a waxy feel that's perfect for doing tonal drawings. For figure drawing, I recommend buying their "Reddish Brown" (almost Sanguine) colored leads, which give a lively flesh color to your figure drawings. You can find it here: Koh-i-noor Mondeluz 3.8 x 90mm Colored Leads for Artist's Drawing - Reddish Brown. 4230/30ASIN: B004H2J5V2http://www.amazon.com/Koh-i-noor-Mondeluz-Colored-Artists-Drawing/dp/B004H2J5V2/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1436993024&sr=8-2&keywords=Mondeluz+3.8+Leads+reddishYou can get a full list of available leads by search for: Mondeluz 3.8 LeadsThe lead colors available for this holder are pretty much the same as the Koh-i-noor Woodless Pencil colors.Although, this holder does not have a built-in sharpener, if you extend the lead out far enough from the holder, you can use a standard pencil sharpener. (Just be careful sharpen the metal holder itself.) Personally, I use the "Kum Long Point Pencil Sharpener with Pointer", which can also sharpen 2mm, 3mm, and this 3.8mm holder's leads, giving me a broader side edge for tonal shading. You can find this Kum Long Point sharpener, here:ASIN: B0038RA6KGhttp://www.amazon.com/Long-Point-Pencil-Sharpener-Pointer/dp/B0038RA6KG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1436993846&sr=8-1&keywords=kum+long+point+sharpenerHope this is helpful.
