This is a good for drafting and detail work, the lead is pretty hard as expected for a 5H lead hardness type. It allows me to do a bit of work without worrying about the lead breaking while in use. At the time I picked up this lead refill I was able to get it for a reasonable price. The quality is pretty fair for this type of hard lead, but I still wouldn't pay too much for this. This pack does give you 12 pieces of lead refill for the 2.0 mm pencil and it lasts for a long time.
