A distanza di più di due anni dall'acquisto del treppiedi e con il prodotto ormai fuori garanzia, ho comunque ricevuto la massima assistenza e cortesia da parte dell'azienda, che in un paio di settimane mi ha risolto il problema inviandomi i necessari pezzi di ricambio ( si trattava delle leve di blocco di angolazione delle gambe del treppiedi che si erano spaccate) senza neanche farmeli pagare. Assolutamente soddisfatto dell'assistenza e della cordialità ricevuta.

I purchased this tripod in early 2024 and I love it. It’s light, easy to setup and very sturdy for my needs. Early in 2025 on a cold night while packing up one of the hinges that connects at the top broke. I contacted customer support through Amazon and Kentfaith responded the next day. They offered to replace the item or send the part to repair it myself. I opted to repair it myself and they sent me a new leg. I was able to repair it in 10 minutes. The customer service was excellent and I got the part shipped from China within 2 weeks.

What a product, very sturdy and compact, easy to assemble, great for close-up photos but also for distance photography, one of the best products I have bought this year

Il treppiede non è leggero: 1.8kg, ma è in alluminio e l'ho comprato consapevolmente. Anche perché lo uso all'estero per astrofotografia e se c'è vento mi serve stabilità! È pratico perché le clip sono grandi e facili da raggiungere, le viti di serraggio trasmettono sicurezza, poi confermata quando messo sotto carico con astro inseguitore (omegon lx2) + Fujifilm xs-10 + piatto in alluminio per usufruire dell'attacco arca swiss + fujinon 70-300. Altezza perfetta (per le mie necessità) e ottima stabilità sia a colonna chiusa che estesa. Ovviamente con l'estensione della colonna centrale qualcosa sì perde.

Ich habe bei diesem Stativ zugeschlagen, als es ermäßig hier angeboten wurde. Ich mag die wirklich schlanke Bauform und das man nicht erst die Beine um 180 Grad drehen muss. Die Klemmen halten bombenfest.Leider werde ich wohl den Kugelkopf austauschen, denn dieser ist bei einer schweren Kamera-Objektiv Kombination nicht grad leicht einstellbar. Für den Anfang ist dieser Ok, aber werde wohl auf einen Getriebestativkopf von K&F wechseln.

Nice hardware, smooth head action, good leg clips so far. Best stability when in 3 section extended, last leg gets a bit weak, also best in high position, drop to low position with legs splayed out further and some spring develops in the legs, maybe because they are oval cross-section instead of round. Great unit if the rated-load spec is appropriate
