Admittedly, I was a bit apprehensive about how it would perform, given the printer's mysterious past, and considering I wasn't using JoyPrinting ink in the pigment black tank.Fortunately, there was no need to worry. The first test print was a delightful surprise. Right away, the ink worked a treat. The colours came out incredibly vibrant and sharp – exactly what you want from coloured ink.Importantly, there was no smudging at all, even when handling the paper immediately after printing. Plus, there’s absolutely no bleed-through on standard 80gsm paper. In short, all three coloured inks perform flawlessly, just as I had hoped.Absolutely chuffed with this purchase! Without doubt, this ink has breathed new life into the second-hand G5050, delivering fantastic prints from the start.
