Vorteil: Ich habe ein absolut sicheres Gefühl, die Kamera ist fest in meiner Hand. Selbst wenn ich selbst "mal kurz" locker lasse, hängt sie auch nach langer Zeit angenehm am Arm.Nachteil: Verdeckt das Batteriefach und der mitgelieferte Montageschlüssel könnte unachtsam, schnell verloren gehen (magnetisch). Insgesamt wäre ein Schnellverschluss (Clip) am oberen Anschluss sinnvoll um den Griff mal "schnell" zu entfernen. Montage auf einem Stativ ist problemlos möglich, aber dann ist der Griff schon irgendwie störend.

Für Kamera-Handgriffe gibt es dutzende Anbieter. Was allerdings bei diesem Artikel lobenswert zu erwähnen sei, ist die mitgelieferte "U-Platte". Speziell hierbei: die ausklappbaren Füßchen. Besitzer von schwereren Kameras haben bei montiertem Objektiv immer wieder die ärgerliche Situation, dass die Kamera beim (z.B.) Betrachten der Bilder durch das ebenfalls gewichtige Objektiv nach vorne wegkippt. Also schraubt man das Objektiv runter, damit die Kamera stehen bleibt. Durch die ausklappbaren "Füßchen" erübrigt sich das nun, wie man auf dem Foto erkennen kann. Geniale Erfindung. Ansonsten: Qualität, Passform, Verarbeitung: alles vom Feinsten. Klare Empfehlung.

Comfortable, and easy to use with rheumatoid arthritis in my hands I was so afraid of dropping my camera not any more. I like the price . All-in all great.

Does what it says, adds a little bulk when putting into the camera bag, but, gives a nice platform for the camera, if the lens isn’t too big.
