Beware this will not fit something like a G9 with a battery grip or one with a built in grip like my Oly Omd-EM1X the foot at the back sticks out to far to allow the 100-400 lens to mount/twist on to the body.

Generally item is well made and fits both PL 200mm f2.8 and the 100-400mm perfectly. However the item is let down by the socket head set screws on the bottom used to stop the lens from sliding right through the arca clamp. The head of the screw is to small and on loosening the clamp, the plate can slide straight through and potentially you end up with the lens on the floor. The socket head set screws need to have a longer head (by +0.5mm) like on other suppliers. and have a squarer edged top, not radiused. I will change these out and the plate will be fine, but at £40 it is a severe and potentially expensive oversite which could have been avoided.
