Something must be wrong - because when you push the button, it fights you tooth and nail, to readjust the height. Gunna need some major WD40. Awful quality product that does not work. Product support on Amazon is also horrible - am I doing something wrong?! How can this product be built so poorly

This product is ok but the quick release high adjust ( whole reason I bought it ) is terrible. If you put any weight on it when at your required height it drops. I play some big stages and it kind of makes you look like a fool when that happens so I now just use it for home recording. Not great
