The phone was fine but was clearly used. I shouldn’t have to factory reset a new phone just to use it.

I use CallCentric for VoIP and I had this thing config'd on wifi in the middle of nowhere, makin' calls in about 15 min the first time. The second phone took 5 min to set up. So much better than using wires and PBX's and antiquated systems. This is the bomb. Everyone get one.
