Amazing value for money, quality is good and there's a few styles/colours included so can switch it up regularly. I have quite sensitive skin and have not experienced any irritation with these. Having a flat back makes it a little harder to get a grip on when tightening and removal but not a huge issue at all. Would buy again!

So I will preface this review with the fact that I have only recently got my philtrum (Medusa) piercing around 3ish months ago so I have very limited experience with this kind of jewellery. At the time of getting my lip done (at the same time as my nostril lol!) I hadn't had any previous facial piercings, just a couple in each ear, a failed cartilage piercing at the top of one ear (they are noted for being fussy and mine just never healed while it had jewellery in it) and a navel piercing that is also now healed up because I got too old/fat for it and it was never the same after it was partially ripped out (drunken dancing, spiral belly bar and a belt loop - not a good combo at all - in fact I made everyone I know with piercings promise to never use those spiral bars in any piercing because.... Ouch!) Anywho, needless to say my experience with body jewellery in general and facial jewellery in particular is limited so please bear this in mind when reading this review.So I was pierced with a 16G 10mm flat backed labret stud and told that when the swelling went down I would need to get smaller ones so I opted for these 8mm ones. Maybe it's just me but they felt really tight against my lip and even after giving it a few days to get used to the new size it wasn't comfortable. The other thing I noticed was the comfort of the flat back. My piercing jewellery is ever so slightly curved/rounded and the edges are smoothed out so nothing feels sharp or uncomfortable in any way. These ones weren't dangerous or anything but there just wasn't the attention to detail that the original one had to make it more ergonomically suitable. Despite the backing part only being about 1mm thick (if that), because it has flat edges instead of the tapering off ones, you can feel the edges. That may not even bother some people but it was just a little thing that I thought could be better.Having decided to switch back to my original bar I had the idea to use some of the tops with that bar. The tops themselves are nice enough and easy to switch but I was a little disappointed with the difference in quality just among the set. The little spikes are great, no problem and fit nicely (although I discovered that I have the unconscious habit of screwing up my lips in weird ways when I'm concentrating on something (a video game for example) which I found out when I managed to spike myself in the nose 🤣). The black ball shaped tops were a bit hit and miss. All of the pairs in this come in a matte and gloss finish, except the clear ones. However, while the black matte ones are the same size as all of the other ones, the black glossy ones are noticeably smaller. Probably not a game changer for most people but possibly something to be aware of if, like me, you're buying these to test out styles/shapes/colours/lengths etc on a freshly healed piercing as they will sit against the skin differently to the rest.The main issue I have with these though is the grey/blue style ones. In the images here they show a spherical shape of a bluish grey that has some kind of design or swirl in a lighter shade of bluish grey. Possibly meant to look like a rose? Or just a pretty swirl? Whatever it was meant to be is irrelevant because they have no design element or colour gradient thing at all. I didn't expect something spectacular on something so small but to have nothing at all is just disappointing. They were just the same as the black and white ones, block colour spheres. Again, I wasn't expecting the Sistine Chapel or anything but to show something in the images that clearly isn't there on the product makes me a little annoyed and wary of buying these sorts of things/from this seller again.Hope this helps!
