This set is great for doing assisted pull-ups but the band's can also be used for other exercises such as various shoulder rotations. The bands themselves are quite short - only about 1ft long but they are thick and durable. The set comes with a door anchor attachment also so you could anchor it to the top or underside of a door but I would still be cautious about damage/wear to the door. Overall for what's included and the quality of the straps, bands, and metal rings/clips, I would say this kit is fairly priced and a worthwhile purchase.

Works good, kinda scared one day a band is gunna break and hit me 🥜 but so far so good. I do 10 sets of 10, first as many without bands then finish the set with bands. Went from being able to do 2 to 6 in a week

The instructions are simple and straight forward to put the bands together and start using it. And changing the resistance bands are quick and easy. I also found it easy to use the legs and arm stretch while lying on the matt.The only concern I have is using the door strap and the stress it puts on my door every time I use it. If you have a solid wood or metal doors it should not be a problem.

Overall it’s good, I weight abt 200lbs at 6ft and it can hold my weight and the length is doable. Not really use to resistance bands so it’s a little scary because of the thought it snapping

Pretty good product. I was skeptical at first. I can lift a good weight for a beginner but I can’t for the life of me get pull ups down. With this, I feel like I’m getting progress finally. I probably won’t need it once I’ve got them down but this a perfect “training wheels” product.
