The initial fear was the black would muddy my paints as I laid them over the drawing. Turns out the water soluble graphite integrates great with Daniel Smith, M. Graham and QoR pigments. Once laid down, the graphite can be wet delicately for an ink texture that dries beautifully dark or washed heavily in which case it will blend with surrounding paint.The effect blending the graphite into paint has is similar to using neutral tint paint. The black is rather rich so it darkens colors it mixes with more than it desaturates them. I have not experienced any cases of separation or dark black aberrations. To my knowledge the graphite always blends seamlessly.Great product overall. I would recommend for both a sketching medium that will vanish when painted over and a medium for situations where you want fine control over a neutral black/grey.P.S. the little brush that came with it is remarkable. It has the precision of a micron pen, the smooth squishy feel of a felt tip and the retention of solid synthetic like casaneo, cosmotop or Perla. I've been a painter for 18 years and I've never felt anything quite like it. I'd buy one in a larger size if they offered them but as far as I can tell from the website they only come in the set. Really nice watercolour graphite pencils, with a variety of hardnesses to choose from. Also comes with a round no 6 brush. Got them for sketching previous to watercolour painting but brilliant alone as well.

In tutta onestà, non ho comprato queste matite per me ma per un'amica che disegna e dipinge in maniera sublime. Se me le ha commissionate, posso quindi dedurre che quello che mi ha detto è vero, cioè che sono ottime. Non mi azzardo nemmeno a scrivere altro, anche perché il disegno e l'arte non sono il mio campo e non saprei proprio che altro dire, se non che anche il prezzo data la qualità è sicuramente molto accessibile.

Ya tenía este mismo Blister de lápices acuarelables. Lo he comprado por segunda vez para tener de repuesto. Sono matite favolose, puoi disegnare e poi fare le sfumature con l'acqua. vengono effetti bellissimi. Sono davvero facili da usare io le ho adorate!

Aggiunto al carrello per curiosità. Dopo averli provati credo che ordinerò questo prodotto in stock!!! Versatili in ogni senso, quindi non solo per sketch a matita, sfumano magnificamente, ma il massimo risultato, ovviamente, arriva quando si acquerellano. Non un residuo, altissimo potere idrosolubile, corposi e facili da temperare (legno molto friabile). Mi hanno veramente affascinato, persino il pennellino (è una punta 6 sintetica) è di buona qualità.

man kann wunderbar damit zeichnen und kann dann auch ganz schnell mit Wasser Flächen malen. Zum Zeichnen würd ich nie wieder andere Stifte verwenden. Echt toll. Viel besser als ein normaler Bleistift. Die vielen unterschiedlichen Stärken brauch ich aber gar nicht. 4B hätte gereicht.
