I’m very happy to have it. I’m very sure it a very good quality. But unfortunately i did notInstalled it yet because of the engineering problem. So when I installed it I will telling you more a bout it .

Too small, my plumber refused to install it, buy a bigger one from the range not the smallest, not sure why they make one that small...

Products from this seller are always described as high quality and claim to do it all...However, have discovered they are poorly designed, use cheap materials. They perform poorly and are just not worth the time. I wonder how long before they completely fail. The company has good service so far, so that’s why I gave them an average rating. The towel rack itself is disappointing. It basically gets extremely hot to the touch, but really does not give off any heat...so kind of a waste other than it looks like you have a towel radiator. Getting disappointed with Amazon as they should take some responsibility for the garbage they allow on their site.

does exactly as it should, seems well made, easy install, arrived promtly. you will need to buy the valves seperatley. the brackets are a bit cheap, but at this price I don't care!
