Never baked better sourdough bread. So easy to use.About 60 minutes at ~ 230/240 degrees Celsius.Without even taking the lid off. Beautiful browned bread.Highly recommended.

molto utile per fare il pane in casa. il pane viene con una crosticina dorata. ho dato 4 stelle perché appena arrivato all interno del coperchio era presente una piccola crepa. non si è mai rotto però

Molto soddisfatta dell’acquisto.Il mio pane e fatto con farine naturali senza glutine, e da quando ho iniziato ad utilizzare Emily Henry ottengo un pane strepitoso, criccante la crosta è morbido l’interno.

We are every day sourdough makers and typically would use a cast iron pot for our rustic loaves. But the crust just never made me happy. As another review wrote, I tried everything to get the perfect bottom crust, but if you came close to that the top wasn't done. I blamed everything including the stove. And then thought to make an investment during these challenging days, and bit the bullet and purchased this round red beauty. Everything is good about this unit, from the ease of handling, it's much lighter than you would think, easy to make a round loaf, but it's the crust and the interior that are so superior, the crust is light and crispy not tough, just follow the instructions on the baker and not your loaf and you will have a loaf that will bring tears to your eyes. Highly recommend.

IO l'ho regalata a mia Figlia, da come mi ha detto è entusiasta , solo che la prima volta che l'ha usato ha messo l'impasto nel fornetto freddo e il pane non è venuto al meglio,ma poi ha prima riscaldato il fornetto e poi ha messo l'impasto e infornato , e questa volta è venuto davvero speciale a suo dire . Sembra che il trucchetto di riscaldare prima il fornetto non sia citato nelle istruzioni.Ora fa il pane quasi tutti i giorni

Ottima!Faccio il pane da anni nel forno elettrico di casa con grano antico siciliano Russello e lievito madre. Mai venuto così alto e morbido.Sono davvero soddisfatto.
