Others hate it, some people like it. To me this is by far one of the best pedals ehx has ever made. It comes with a noise gate and this will already eliminate having an additional pedal just for noise. The pedal works well for the type of music that I play. Plenty of tweaks you can do from this pedal and it is also very light in terms of weight.

Veramente un bel pedale, non me lo aspettavo. Peccato che il primo è arrivato usato e guasto ma è stato sostituito prontamente da Amazon.

Wow! This pedal has noise gate in it,the boss noise suppressor is the first pedal in the signal chain and the nano metal pedal is next to it so I get very quiet signal,it's a boss metal zone killer

This pedal sounds great. Awesome for many different kinds of metal. The noise gate is fast and tight, sounds great for rhythm guitar. It’s super fast actually. The gate will kill sustained tones for soloing if you don’t turn it down, so it would be nice to have a gate on/off switch… but then this wouldn’t be a sub-$100 “nano” pedal.Stay away from the bigger Metal Muff, instead of a gate it has a much less useful top boost.Metal Muff Nano is a great utility metal distortion pedal and would also be a great first distortion for newer players looking to get into metal. Sounds great chonking out power chords and also speed-picking Megadeth licks. It’s not great for Doom/Sludge metal but it’s not trying to be, and can be used for pretty much anything else.

Good value. Build quality is good. Battery life is good if you remember to disconnect from wire. Good sound quality
