It gives a great contrast and texture to a finished card and is very versatile. I like to use it with hand made paper flowers, either decoupaged or individual made, in the shape of a bouquet. Then where this is going to be placed I pull out a few strands of the sisal and shape it into a circle or bow shape, depending on the design you are making and apply this with a craft glue. Then I dress that up a bit by adding foiled thread or fine, narrow lace, ricrac, gingham ribbon and shaped as with the first layer of sisal. Then glue on top and add the bouquet. It's great to add inside present carrier bags or little boxes when it can be shaped like a nest with the present in the center. Just taking some long strands of it and tie a bow to add on a present or bottle and it adds something special and unusual. Fits in really well with the Kraft card trend so there are dozens of ways to use it, and have fun.

El color no tiene nada que ver al de la foto.Tiene color paja, no es color crudo para nada

le ho acquistate per far da base a delle bomboniere in una scatola trasparente, ma questa fibra di sisal è molto dura, grossolana e non somiglia per niente a quello che avevo in mente e che avevo visto in altre confezioni, assomiglia più alla paglia vera e propria che ad un materiale leggero e maneggevole . il colore non corrisponde alla foto , è molto più sul giallo. direi che per quello che avevo in mente non si presta affatto.
