I am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this flat is. Best arch support I've seen in a dress shoe so far. These flats are really cute and comfortable. I wear a 7.5 to 8 in women's. I ordered an 8 but should have ordered a 7.5, otherwise no complaints. I will probably order in another color but will go with a 7.5 in women's.

Update:Customer Service reached out to me & sent me a replacement pair of shoes. Needless to say, this was several months after my original order. The new shoes (ballet flats-at my choice) arrived very quickly & fit great. I normally wear a 9.5, but went with a 10 - glad I did. They fit great & the customer service was exceptional! The customer service went above & beyond what I expected.Cute, but feel tight. I have other flats that I can wear all day & no issues. These feel very tight on my feet after several hours & I find myself taking my feet out while under my desk, just to allow them to breathe. Maybe I should've got a larger size, but felt fine in the beginning. Now they just sit in my closet unworn

These are great winter shoes. They keep my feet very warm and they are very comfortable! I can even take the sole out and wash it and it looks and feels brand new. Great quality. I’m very happy with this purchase and will look for this brand the next time I need winter shoes.
