Me las pidió un amigo bajista y el sonido lo describe como muy agudo. Posiblemente el calibre de cuerdas es alto

Son unas cuerdas muy agradables al tacto, con un brillo extraordinario y un sustain excelente. Particularmente el calibre 40-120 me gusta mucho, son cuerdas suaves pero con un gran sonido... sin duda volveré a adquirilas y las recomiendo totalmente!!!

A mi parecer son de las mejores cuerdas para un sonido potente y grueso y a la vez brillante para esos slaps. De mis favoritas para todo género.

These strings are unbelievable, I've been playing for a long time and I like to think I can comment with reasonable certainty and experience when it comes to playing bass.I've been a dedicated Rotosound player for many of those years occasionally jumping onto GHS, Elites or occasionally D'Addario. I've always wanted to try DR but never have because how could a string be good enough to warrant paying that much extra for a set??? Honestly, whatever your reservations are just dump them and buy a set of these. They open up a whole different tonal range and voice to your instrument and playing style. These things just sing. They have a very distinct sound but I'm guessing that if you're looking at DR's you've probably got an interesting bass in some way or another so these strings will bring out a different side to what you're used to and may even explain "that sound" you've heard many musicians getting from their basses.Seriously, don't bother with your rational reasoning or worry about upsetting the moths in your wallet (yeah, I'm a muso, I know how we work) and just get a set.My tip would be to get at least 40-100 gauge as the string resonance on my 74 Gibson Grabber with the 95's is so intense it's needing a very gentle hand to avoid lifting the action. Also, leave extra length for the machine heads as 1&1/2 wraps were slipping on my machine heads and read the instructions on flattening the core for intonation too.

These strings are great, been using them for about 6 months now and they still are gig-worthy. Obviously they no longer have the twang of new strings, but they still have very clear tone, even on the low B. Considering I've killed all my previous strings in about 3 months or less ('acidic sweat') these are pretty amazing.
