Ich bin absolut begeistert von dieser Kuchenform! Sie funktioniert genau so, wie man es sich wünscht: Nichts klebt, solange man sie ein bisschen einfettet, und der Boden lässt sich ganz leicht hochschieben. Bisher sind alle Kuchen darin perfekt geworden.Der Boden ist tatsächlich schnittfest, die Emaille ist richtig dick und robust, und es gibt keinen nervigen Verschluss, der schlecht zu reinigen ist. Stattdessen besteht die Form aus Boden, Rand und einem stabilen Dichtungsring, der sich super einfach herausnehmen und reinigen lässt.Natürlich sollte man daran denken, die Form nur am Rand anzufassen – aber das ist wirklich keine große Sache. Ich habe das Gefühl, diese Form wird mich noch viele Jahre begleiten. Absolute Empfehlung!

This is the kind of cake pan bakers dream about. Excellent quality, good weight, easy to clean and scratch resistant. This is my first Dr. Oetker enamel pan but I have already ordered a pie plate and a roasting pan to add to my collection. It's a shame they are not readily available in the U.S. but worth paying the shipping from the U.K.

Tanti acquirenti tedeschi si lamentano che lo stampo arriva con lo smalto danneggiato e anche a me è capitata la stessa cosa :-( Lo stampo è bello robusto, lo smalto è bello spesso però lo stampo senza cerniera, la guarnizione che sigilla il fondo della teglia con il bordo non tiene perfettamente, e impasti che rilasciano liquidi che fuoriesca dai bordi inferiori dello stampo vanno a sporcare il fondo del forno.

The pans look great however there is no instructions in english. I googled and still could not find any. There is a rubber type ring and my husband with his mechanical mind told me how it is supposed to go. I haven't used yet. They are quite large 10" when America usually uses 8" or 9" but I will use to bake from scratch since I don't like the poison ingredients found in most processed and packaged cake mixes. The 4 stars is because there is no instructions in English. We seem to put our in other languages, you wonder why they couldn't put some in English.

A pretty splash of colour in the kitchen, and also very useful to have when I need to bake a BIG cake. I am glad I purchase it from Amazon Warehouse Deals, such a bargain!
