Our cat is under a year. She loves to jump and climb. Scratches on it all the time. Not good for a heavy cat though…it will tip over.

Good product that doesn’t fall apart after 5 minute of being attacked by a large tabby.

It’s tall enough and a good price. The only weak point is that the base isn’t really big enough. My old version has a larger, thicker base. This one is just heavy enough to stop the whole post from tipping over when a cat uses it. So, it does the job, but isn’t as solid as the old one. I’m not surprised. All products seem to be smaller/thinner/shorter/weaker these days. Still, it does the job and my cat uses it with gusto.
