Una spatola fatta con cura e con la giusta elasticità della paletta. Ma incredibilmente basta appoggiare il manico sul bordo della padella appena tolta dal fuoco e questo inizierà a fondersi.

Am a chef so alway in the kitchen this Spatula is very good hard wearing and light weight very durable and also very useful with in the kitchen and chefs environment. I have purchased 2 off theses items and will be buying more in the future very highly recommended for all you budding up and coming chef and also chef with in the Industry .
