I've been wanting a pair of these for a while to use on my Kamado Joe Grill and I think they will work fine. Kudos to the seller for hand-delivering them when the USPS screwed up the shipping. They are long enough to keep your hands out of the direct heat and heavy enough to not get hot very quickly. They are just the right tool for shrimp and pineapple and other somewhat small grill items.
