I bought these hats for my daughter's 3rd birthday party...I added some dots, and spikes to make them look like dinosaur party hats (for our dino themed party). They arrived quickly, and exactly as described. For what they are (cardboard), they seem pricey to me, but I wasn't able to find these bright colored hats locally, so I guess it is worth it. As you can see from the picture, the hat is a little tight on my adult size head/neck, but they fit my 3 year old (who happens to have a large, but adorable, head)! I'd purchase these again!

Nothing fancy here, but they get the job done. I bought these for a birthday party and glued a pom pom on top for some added fun (and safety!) . You could also let kids decorate these themselves. Good price for QTY.

We wee holding a townwide birthday party and needed to find a craft for children (and adults). These hats were decorated with stickers we provided and it was just so much fun to watch the kids walk around town with their hats. The quality was good and everyone loved the bright colors.

These were good and came packed well, but the colors are a little lighter and the one that looks red (on my monitor anyway) is actually a hot pink color. Nothing special, but wish I had searched a little more before buying. I'm keeping them and will make them work.
