This product is easy to use and looks like a charm on you bag. The combo is easy to change, however it would make it easier if the combo marker was on the front side instead of the side as you were trying to hole the lock, change the combo, and hold a pin in the reset hole. The customer can choose from black or red as their colors. IF you are someone who needs to have quick access to your bag in a moments notice then you might want to pick a different lock. This cute lock would be great for a little girl, not an adult.

Terrible locking system, doesn’t work, and anyone could reset it. Takes 2 pairs of hands to set pin and would jam up all the time.

Needed a cable lock for my backpack while traveling to high pickpocket areas like Paris. I saw this one on Amazon. Really cute and great price point. I saw bad reviews but I wanted to give it a try because I assumed other people might need it for heavy duty and I don’t. I got this in the mail today and I was super disappointed. The first lock was open and when I tried putting it in, it wouldn’t. I peered down the hole could see something far down. I checked the other one. It opened and closed fine. When I looked in the hole to see how it’s supposed to look, I noticed a spring. So the broken one had the spring in the wrong spot. If the only thing locking this up is a measly spring, it’s a bad lock. Also the numbers don’t line up properly. It’s hard to line up. I’m upset because this was really cute. And I have a trip in 7 days so now I have to reorder. Hopefully next option will be better. I don’t recommend this to anyone unfortunately. It’s very bad quality. Good luck y’all.

Ok so these are a pain. The quality is ok not great. If you want simple and easy this is not for you. I almost returned them. First and foremost you should know that if you put a paper clip in the bottom and can actually hold it, the lock and turn the wheels at the same time you can easily reset this back to 000 so anyone can get it off in a matter of minutes. I had to peel the coating off a paper clip and still barely got it to reset to the code I wanted. It won’t stay in there be prepared to hold it or have someone hold it for you. Mainly my biggest issue is it’s too easy to reset.
