This is a great food-safe string. The thickness is just right not to get in the way of your cooking or baking and large enough not to get lost (that’s hard to find). It’s strong and durable and will perform as intended. I like that the spools are a little smaller which makes it very easy to handle versus the giant clunky rolls. You get two (2) rolls at a great price. String is often the tool that’s overlooked. THIS STRING is great for food, projects and a myriad of unexpected uses. This is a must for any kitchen and toolbox/ crafting.
