I really needed a switcher for my monitor at home as sometimes I need to connect to the work laptop and didnt want to wear my cables outs by removing every time i need to use one or the other. Read a great review about this one from another website and decided to purchase it as it also had for the option to connect my keyboard and mouse, no need to disconnect it between the two devices. A nice feature if it actually worked. Switching between HDMI works well but the USB ports would not read at all. according to the manual i had to give it some time for the device to read the keyboard and mouse (I waited an hour) but neither the wired keyboard or Bluetooth mouse would connect. I give it 3 stars for it actually doing what it claims to do but 0 start for not doing it the way it claims to do it. Might be a defective unit that i received but I think I will continue to shop around.

One of the first things I noticed about this KVM switch is that it both looks and feels the part. It’s well made and that a good start. It also has the power plug on the back, which is oddly not always the case.This also has the standard features of being able to use 2 monitors and USB ports to switch between systems. What it adds to this is mic and headphone connections. And they all work very well. Changing over is as fast windows can keep up and then you’re good to go.The additional extended switch is nice but not something I personally need. The onboard switch is good and everything plugs in as it should.It’s an overall good bit of kit that does everything it’s meant to and does it well. The price is a little on the high side but to some it’s worth paying that bit more for better quality. I’m happy with it.

Questo dispositivo offre una soluzione compatta per condividere periferiche e monitor tra diversi computer, semplificando notevolmente la configurazione della postazione di lavoro. Pur essendo generalmente efficace nella condivisione di tastiera, mouse, audio e porte USB, la necessità di premere più pulsanti per cambiare sistema può risultare scomoda in alcune configurazioni, specialmente quando si utilizzano computer con diverse tipologie di porte video. La compatibilità con sia HDMI che DisplayPort è un vantaggio, ma la mancanza di un’emulazione EDID può causare problemi di visualizzazione e richiedere una riorganizzazione delle finestre ad ogni cambio di sorgente. Nonostante questi inconvenienti, il dispositivo si dimostra affidabile e funzionale, particolarmente indicato per chi necessita di condividere una porta DisplayPort o non ha molte finestre aperte contemporaneamente. Purtroppo non trovo il prezzo molto adeguato tuttavia è particolarmente per chi cerca una soluzione compatta e versatile.

Grazie a questo KVM sono riuscito ad organizzare una postazione dove con un singolo monitor, mouse e tastiera, si possono usare o un PC fisso sempre presente oppure uno dei vari notebook di casa e del lavoro.Il tutto senza dover scollegare mille spine, ma anzi potendo passare rapidamente con la sola pressione di un pulsante.Il prodotto è ben realizzato, il case che lo contiene è di alluminio e ci sono due bande gommmate sulla base per non farlo andare in giro.Rispetto alla concorrenza questo commutatore Suidek è più costoso, ma dalla sua ha il supporto sia per HDMI che per DisplayPort fino a 4K e anche prese USB 3.0.Il pacchetto complessivo è ai massimi livelli e funziona senza nessun tentennamento, pienamente soddisfatto.

Works as well as any other DP / HDMI KVM switch I have ever owned ( in this price range). I have had others that worked more seamlessly but all of them cost much more. This costs about the same as the current KVM switch I have and both function similarly with similar problems. They have limited USB power/amps and USB switching issues. It works great 98% of the time but sometimes I will have to switch back and forth to get something to work for me. Overall it's a good product that functions well for the price. Having both HDMI and Displayport is a nice bonus.

Der KVM-Switcher für 2 Monitore und 2 Computer funktioniert einwandfrei und ist eine echte Hilfe, wenn man mehrere Geräte gleichzeitig steuern möchte. Die Plug-and-Play-Funktion macht die Einrichtung super einfach, und man kann schnell zwischen den Computern umschalten – entweder per Tastendruck oder über den Desktop-Controller. Die 4K-Auflösung sorgt für eine klare und scharfe Anzeige. Praktisch sind auch die zusätzlichen USB-Anschlüsse für Maus, Tastatur und andere Geräte. Ein toller Alleskönner für den Arbeitsplatz!

Petit kvm permettant d'utiliser un même écran et clavier/souris sur deux PC différents, c'est très pratique car j'ai une petite machine sous linux qui me sert de stockage et j'ai désactivé ssh pour la sécurité, je l'administre donc via ce kvm. Une petite télécommande avec un bouton permet de commuter sans toucher au kvm, pratique. La commutation prends quelques secondes et tout fonctionne normalement (résolution/USB ...). Rien à redire sur ce produit.
