Ottime - Una delle quattro candele è però risultata danneggiata, spezzata.Me ne necessitavano tre e quindi ho soprasseduto a respingere il pacco.

The candles burn down really nicely and look so nice

Firstly the candles are stunning, so I’m really sad that one of them is cracked. I bought the candles as a centrepiece/ focal point for my home & I need all four so it really upsetting that one is broken, not sure it will burn well either. They arrived in their box, inside a cardboard amazon wallet. I feel they should’ve been bubble wrapped or something. I can’t find a contact seller button so I’ve messaged them on Instagram but no response yet. I think they should be aware their products have arrived damaged as maybe they can raise this with amazon. *update: they are sending me a replacement, fingers crossed they’re in one piece.

Good quality candles but unfortunately more of a very pale pink colour than lilac
