Kein Kratzer , keine Färbung , kein Makel.Versand war wie angekündigt schnell erledigt und das Produkt war umsichtig verpackt.Ich bin begeistert. Es ist natürlich nicht ganz günstig, aber diese Produkt ist seinen Preis mehr als wert...

Simplemente perfecto. Llego mucho antes de lo indicado, muy bien protegido y sin el mas mínimo rasguño.El acabado es exquisito, un tacto muy muy agradable y terminaciones muy cuidadas. Además en nuestro caso es un acabado prácticamente idéntico al cuero que tenia mi mesa, por lo que combina perfecto. Seguramente pida una segunda unidad.

Ich hatte bislang eine große, billige, lederartige Schreibunterlage eines Schwedischen Möbelhauses im Einsatz. Die wurde dort aus dem Programm genommen. Habe jetzt nach einer Alternative gesucht. Die Eglooh hat mir gefallen, allerdings war mir der Preis doch etwas zu hoch. Habe die Unterlage dennoch bestellt und bin restlos begeistert:Top Verarbeitung. Wirkt sehr edel und hochwertig. Die Unterlage ist also den Preis auf jeden Fall wert.Hinzu kommt, dass ich Bedenken wegen des Versands aus Italien hatte. Meine Bedenken wurden zunächst bestätigt, da DHL das Paket erheblich beschädigt hatte. Hatte dann dem Verkäufer gemailt. Die Rückmeldung kam innerhalb wengier Minuten. Die Schadensabwicklung war hervorragend. Sehr höflicher Tonfall. Habe nur kurz Fotos von der beschädigten Verpackung geschickt und sofort Ersatz erhalten. Meine Bedenken waren also auch insoweit unbegründet. Top Abwicklung, sehr entgegenkommend.Würde den Artikel bei Bedarf also jederzeit wieder kaufen. Volle 5 Punkte-Empfehlung für Artikel und Verkäufer!!!

This desk pad is a pure marvel. I ordered the 70x50cm model and I am amazed by the quality of the seam, the beautiful smell of new leather, its softness to the touch and it marvelously shines under my desktop lamp. If you are worried about transport and the risk of your beautiful desk pad to arrive damaged at your home, you should not be. Although Eglooh packaged my desk pad with great care, it arrived having suffered a bad hit. DHL had dropped it on one of the edges and I had to start a return request on amazon. Eglooh accepted the return request on the same day and wrote to inform my that I did not even had to return my damadged desk, that they already had sent me a new one, with tracking number and all the rest. a few day later, I received my new undamaged desk blotter. I now sits on my desktop in all its glory! what a wonderful customer service I witnessed, and what a beautiful product. Thanks Eglooh !!!
