I bought this and the Solido version at the same time to compare before deciding which to keep.The Bburago arrived first and an initial glance it looked okay. However, on closer inspection it's not one of Bburago's best. The paint is a great colour but it's not that well applied with orange peel in places and flaws elsewhere. Decals are okay but the white front end isn't that well done. The bonnet opens but there's not a lot of detail going on as it's all black plastic so there's not much point in having that feature. Interior isn't too bad but there's some iffy door panel fitment in the rear. The brake discs look under sized and a bit cheap. Some would say it's what to expect from Bburago but I've recently bought a number of their models and this is the first I've been really disappointed with. Others I have sit quite happily alongside higher end models whereas this is borderline toy like.The Solido version arrives at the weekend and despite only having opening doors I suspect it will be much better executed going by the quality of the Lemans Porsche I recently bought from them.So the Solido arrived and yes, it looks a lot better. The shape and stance is more accurate and the wheels look the correct size. Interior is better detailed although there's still some shortcomings in there. Paint is much better and the white nose is better executed. Lights are also much more realistic. To be fair on Bburago their use of carbon details are better such as the roof panel and the door fitment is better. It's just a shame the paint and some of the scaling is a bit off.
