We have one bed in the garden which looks scruffy becuase the wooden edging has rotted over time and so I jumped at the chance for this edging. I also liked the industrial vibe this edging gives off.In bronze metal it almost has a vintage "rusted" look about it which I really like. I also like being as this is powder coated galvanised steel it won't degrade, corrode or rot and will be durable over time. There's 6 lengths in this set, each one 1 metre long x 20 cm high with large "saw blade" teeth on the bottom edge, so you can hammer them into the ground rather than having to dig them in, (you will need to use a rubber mallet or protect the metal with a block of wood whilst doing it though). There's also 7 clips which pull apart, (takes a bit of force), which go on to the end of each piece of edging to cover the join and the metal is flexible enough to bend if you want to follow a curve with this edging, so you get some leeway.Gloves are included too and even though the top edges are not sharp and rounded off, the teeth on the base edge are quite sharp in order to go into the ground. It also should be noted that although the edges of the top that will remain raised from your lawn aren't sharp, they're not something I would relish falling on and would definitely steer clear with this if my children were still young. There aren't any instructions for this that I could find in the box, but it's fairly self-explanatory. One thing I don't understand though is that I read on the product page before I ordered this that there are 11 clips. These are not in the pack/box and I don't know if they are needed or what they might be for? On one end of each edging piece at the base, there is a pre-drilled hole, so perhaps the clips are supposed to be for this? I don't know, but these look to work as they should without any additional clips.I need to clear up the bed before I put these in and will do that as soon as there's a decent enough day and afterwards I'll update this review with photographs if allowed, but I'm looking forward to getting these in and think they will look really good.

Be mindful this is a properly made, solid set of border edging. It isn't terribly decorative unless you have a style of garden which suits this type of metalwork. It is supposed to look like this, somewhat rusted, but should be quite hard wearing and durable. It can be bent to fit curves and the supplied pegs hold each panel in place quite firmly - you may need a rubber mallet and piece of softwood to help bed each panel into place. The pack is quite heavy to lift, to the extent I thought about opening it to move them one at a time.
