The left thread insert can be used but not the right one. I have requested another set which is already on its way. Hopefully this will work. You will get an update soon.

I bought these and the much cheaper cyclus bushings to repair a left hand crank with a stripped thread.The cyclus bushing got stuck and then split, and meant I needed to clear the thread again. This one went in first time and was also easier to put on the pedal itself for fitting. The silver one is for the left hand crank, there are no notes so this was trial and error to find out.Left crank turns the opposite way to normal.If it was 10 GBP I would give it 5 stars.
