I already have a weight scale that uses the Fitdays app on my phone. This particular scale is for young adult kids and they are bathroom. They can set up their profile and see the basic numbers when it comes to bodyweight. My son does a lot of sports that have weight classes to go along with them. So he likes to make sure that he is within those numbers to be able to stay in his class. They seem to like it and it works out for them and my son gets the most usage out of it.

This scale is sleek in appearance. It is operated by AAA batteries, which are included. It did/does provide me with my BMI and Body Fat Percentage, along with other details, by simply stepping on the scale. The Fitdays+ app is easy to set up. Bluetooth required. It turned on by simply stepping on the scale. This scale is sturdy and durable.

Scales feel nicely made and have a premium feel. You have to install an app and connect via bluetooth at which point you can capture a whole bunch of data (this didn't work first time for me but after a retry the connection was established). This does sync with Apple Health which is a nice touch.The thing that is a miss for me is the ability for the scales to sync direct to the cloud over wifi so you don't need to make the connection to your phone. My previous scales did this and it was perfect as I don't make a habit of taking my phone into the bathroom. I also worried a bit about where my health data was being stored and I didn't like the comment in the Privacy Policy that they might share my personal data with 'a company that offers prizes'.
