Needed extention cable for Baofeng UV-8R, only one of the two mic buttons works. Tried two different radios, two different headset, and two different extention cables-- one button would not work. Without the extention cable, both buttons on the headset work. When plugged in to a UV-5R, the extention cable works fine.

Works perfectly. I was worried because some reviews said they had problems, but I didn't have any. Using with BaoFeng radio and helmet kit.

First one received a short or something, when you plugged the Rugged radio mic into their V3 handheld it kill the speaker output. I tried it on my TIDradio handheld with the same result. Today I received a replace and it works correctly. Thanks for the quick turn around.I dropped one star because of the first defective cable.
