I bought this lamp twice from Beurer. Both times it stopped working after abt ten uses. Tried to return for servicing under warranty but aftercare was very difficult and investing the time seemed pointless as they did not offer assistance at home. Wld advise against buying these lamps. Red light is great but the Buerer home lamp experience was disappointing.

Die Lampe ist sehr handlich und erfüllt den Zweck. Die Strahlung ist nicht ganz gleichmäßig in der Fläche verteilt, da die Mitte etwas stärker heizt als am Rande. Wen das nicht stört ist die Lampe ganz gut.

I have lower back pain/ hip pain and I am undergoing physiotherapy. The lamp is useful to relieve pain after the exercises. But you have to handle the lamp with care. I used it every day but Within a month the touch switch was not working and I contacted Beurer help line. The email and phone no was given to me by amazon helpline . It is also printed on the box of the lamp. Support@neurerindia.com gave me the no. of their local partner services Inspirisys Solutions who guided me the procedure to avail warranty. I couriered the faulty lamp to them as per their directions. Today I got a brand new IL35 infrared lamp delivered to me.I am Very happy 😃. I thank Amazon and Tulip sales for their guidance . Really happy with Beurer company and inspiriSYS Solutions Ltd. for their support and prompt action.
