Very well made and heavy duty product. Used this to hang a child's swing that could have up to three kids on it and after using for a week, I have no concerns with this doing what it is intended for and lasting a long time. I have used tow ropes with the same design (stitching and sheath) with no issues so confident with the design.Essentially it is a rope loop that the ends are connected first by stitching and second with a plastic sheath. Upon close inspection, it is well made. Hook seems to be well made as well with a spring gate to prevent anything from slipping off. To use you just loop the rope around the anchor and pass the hook through the middle (very easy to use, like less than 60 seconds to install).If on the fence about which length go with the longer because you can always double loop it or tie a small knot in the rope to shorten, there is no way to make it longer though.BIG NOTE, this only has one rope so if you are hanging a hammock, you will need to order two.
