I emailed UK Battery as follows but have had no reply:-As highlighted in the media in the last few months and now as part of a flagship Government initiative, we all need to look into ways of reducing plastic packaging waste. The battery is manufactured by Cameron Sino, Hong Kong. Ironically China has now imposed a ban on plastic waste imports and so the packaging is now the UK's problem to deal with once I have placed it in the recycling bin. I just want to let you know that the packaging for this item is excessive - maybe you could encourage Cameron Sino to use alternatives or cut down on the plastic they use. We all have a responsibility towards the planet, especially our oceans. It would be good if Amazon could encourage all their customers to highlight the scourge of excessive plastic packaging. Very Good and quick service.My first battery appeared not to work.. A replacement was dispatched too me. Glad to say alls well that one worked. No problem in getting a replacement.

arrived very quickly, well packaged and good value for money. This was a replacement batter for a very old chordless phone that wasn't working properly and its brought it back to life. Well worth the purchase
