No power supply included, need to buy a seperate 9V PSU (5.5/2.5 Centre positive ~2A). Supplied cables are very short but had planned to make my own cut-to-length anyway.I tried to power 2 12v items, network router and fibre modem. With both connected the unit trips off (supplies no power) after about 15-20 min (even with input PSU disconnected, so it's not that that can't handle the power). With just the router connected, it seems to operate fine. So it's power output is not very robust.After an hour of just powering the router, battery indicator (100%,75%, 50%, 25% LEDs) was still showing 75%, so it does function as a UPS.Note that when it 'trips off' it needs reseting via its own power button. So not reliable if you're frequently remoteI'm intending to replace this unit with something that can handle the power output I need for the intended usage but will probably keep this item for something with lower power requirements.It's difficult to measure the exact supply abilities, vs the actual power draw of any installation, but don't expect miracles from it.

Great product and overall good value for money. I'm not using it as a UPS but as a battery to power a Tapo TC70 camera in a child's bedroom with limit sockets. The battery last more than 12 hours and we run it overnight powering the baby monitor. Would've given 5 stars if it had included a power supply.
