Llevo unos 5 años con esta medida Power 5A de Vater, mas largas y pesadas q las 5AN normales pero sin llegar a ser 5B. Buena duración y respuesta perfecta a los golpes. No las cambio por ninguna y las comprè a 7,50€, increíble

Very pleased with how the nylon tips work with my mesh drum heads.

I've been through so many different stick manufacturers with so many variations in length and diameter. I've struggled to find "my perfect pair," however after acquiring these Vater Power 5A nylon tipped sticks, the search has finally ended. These sticks have the perfect length and diameter that I have narrowed down to what feels best in my hands...16 1/2" and .580 diameter. The taper at the front of the stick is not too short and it's not too long, allowing just enough weight in the front to feel like you have some throw, but not so front heavy that you get fatigued. They have a great rebound. I used to have such a problem purchasing Vater sticks in the past where the weight and / or tone pairing was soooo off. But I've ordered four pairs of these sticks from Amazon recently and all four pairs were perfectly matched by weight and pitch. Not sure if Vater tightened up their variances, or what. I started using these nylon tipped sticks after doing some research because I use mesh drum heads on my acoustic kit. I love the feel and the tone of these nylon tipped sticks. And the best part of these Vater sticks is the incredible durability of these sticks. They are very strong and show very little cymbal wear after going to town on these sticks for a week and a half or so. Love these sticks. Think I have finally found my go-to!

This was my first purchase of sticks in 40 years. Boyee, how technology of making sticks has changed. No warping of even the slightest bit. What really impressed me was the sticks are a perfect tonal match. The sizing of the 5A is identical to the sticks in the '80s. I simply can't get over how much I love these. I'm a customer for life.

Great Stick! These are just a bit longer than the 5A Nylons by Vater that I used to get. These sticks are wonderful in that they are long enough to provide that extra bit of leverage to increase power but not too long so as to break them early in the set. They also seemed to last longer than Vater 5A Nylons that I used to use.I play behind a completely surrounded Drum Shield (Top, Sides, Bottom) and these are able to give me that little extra power to open the gates on the mics. I'm naturally a light player and these helped bring out more force.
