I only gave it one star as you can't leave it without any stars it's only just been delivered I've plugged it in and boom it's blown!!I very much doubt my chicks will now make it till Tuesday for a replacement 😡

The bulb looked good but, within 15 minutes of use, it blew!!!I wanted to contact the seller first before leaving a negative review, but there wasn't the option ( or, maybe there was but, as I've NEVER had to contact a seller before with regards to a rubbish item, I didn't know how to).PLEASE, do NOT buy this item!!!!!! as, so many negative reviews can't be wrong! I just wish I would have read them before purchasing, it would have saved me £8 for something that lasted not even 15 minutes, and is now in the bin!!!!!! I'm SO angry at myself for not checking the reviews beforehand!!!! I've only given 1 star simply because there is no zero stars option!!

the bulb itself is good, creates good heat, and in general is alright. i have it in a heat lamp that has different heat settings and usually keep it on the lowest. however when it got a bit cold, i turned the heat up to the highest as my sea monkey tank was a bit cold, and it blew 10 minutes later. only really good for long term use if its kept on lower heats. ordered another and wont be turning it up again lol
