Come faccio a far riconoscere al mio laptop una nuova batteria?

1.Scollegare tutti i dispositivi esterni dal laptop.Rimuovere la batteria.

2.Premere il pulsante di accensione sul laptop

3. Per circa 10-15 secondi.

4.Inserire la batteria e riavviare il computer.

5.Collegare l'adattatore CA e verificare se il dispositivo è in grado di rilevare nuovamente la batteria.

Did not work and it bricked my laptop!I took it to a tech who bench tested the battery in isolation. They said there was nothing - won't take or hold a charge. Wouldn't even register.Another situation where the hassle of trying to return for a refund doesn't offset the time and cost required. Sunk cost.This is my second failed order for aftermarket laptop parts through Amazon. Never again - I will ONLY buy through a reputable OEM parts supplier.

Der Akku passt zwar, aber nach 24 Stunden ist der Akku komplett entladen, und wird über bios System nicht gleich erkanntHabe wieder zurückgeben

I inserted the battery into my Laptop less than 3 Month ago. A few weeks ago it started turning off earlier and earlier every charge cycle. Last week it did not turn on at all anymore, even when connected to the power cord. I opened the laptop again and one of the battery cells is puffed up. After removing the battery from the laptop, it turns on again using the power cord. For it to puff up after 3 Month, there has to have been something wrong with the battery from the start.I looked around on how to contact the seller about this, but Amazon always routes me to the customer service chat bot, which shuts me down, since I am outside the return window.
