Mi aspettavo ,per il costo elevato,che fosse il top delle bistecchiere e invece così non é!si attacca tutto,difficile da pulire e in più devi stare attenta al piano induzione perché lo graffia!!Alessi su questo ha toppato!ho tutta la linea Alessi Edo ma questa proprio non mi piace il resto della linea fantastica!

Pessima...si attacca tutto...soprattutto gli hamburgers....

I have been looking for this grill pan and finally found it on Amazon. Love it. Heavy weight and easy to use and clean. Suitable for all sizes of food. Have used in the oven and on an induction cook top. Perfect for me.

Eccezionale

The cast iron pan was damaged on the surface, when we received the pan. The Alessi cast iron doesn't has the quality what we have expected. We have to send it back, sadly.

Cottura uniforme e veloce. Non antiaderente nonostante i dovuti trattamenti, ma i residui sono limitati ed è facile da pulire.
