Venditore fantastico. Avevo ordinato un climatizzatore 9000btu e non essendo più disponibile mi hanno prima contattato per chiedermi se andava bene un 12000btu al posto del 9000 ma allo stesso prezzo. Ovviamente ho detto sì, non poteva essere diversamente. Ringrazio il venditore, davvero spettacolare questa cosa. Prossimamente lo monterò. Sono certo non riscontrerò problemi nel funzionamento, nel caso mi farò vivo. Al momento mi ritengo pienamente soddisfatto.

Dopo i primi giorni, durante i quali il getto d'aria sapeva fortemente di plastica, posso dire che ad oggi lo ritengo un buon acquisto. Silenzioso, facile da usare sia con il telecomando che da remoto, raffreddamento immediato e anche tenuto al minimo ha una buona resa. Buon servizio clienti.

If you are looking at this unit you most certainly will be thinking that it's cheap compared to the likes of an LG, Samsung or Panasonic one box solution. And you would be correct.However....There is a reason those makers are expensive and it's because they can be genuinely home installed if you pick the correct unit. They come with the head unit, the external unit and the LP and HP copper pipe precharged with pushfit connections. The main condenser is pre-charged and basically once you have pushed the pipes home, connected the lines and power you are good to go.Not here.I bought this not entirely sure what would come in the box but I guessed that given the price it would not come with all the bits I needed such as copper pipe. I lived in hope but as it turned out this is not a one box solution.So, what do you get? You get a head unit to fit internally and the outside unit which is the condenser. Also is a poorly written manual that isn't much help when it comes to installation. The manual is not good enough to help you wire this in or install the piping if you have not familiar with engineering or industrial installations. You have to already have some knowledge to do this.Now, I'm a marine Chief Engineer and as such have worked on AC and refrigeration systems on ships so have got a pretty good knowledge of how to fit, gas and install them. I was not starting as a newbie and frankly if that's the case you would need to get this fitted by a professional.However, if you are useful with your hands and have some engineering understanding then it's not impossible.You will need an imperial pipe flaring kit.Silver solder and Mapp gas for heat.1/4" copper tube.3/8" copper tube.Vacuum compressor.Various gas fitting for above.The above will cost around £100 on top of the unit if you do your research and buy a cheap Chinesium compressor.The above is a minimum. Now, I also wasn't sure if this had been pre-gassed so I went to buy R32 gas to charge this up and ran into the problem that environmental rules mean you need an F-Gas certificate to buy it. I know how to do this having many years experience so I managed to buy a 800gm cylinder from Europe.Add another £100As it turned out once I'd made up the gas lines, vacuumed them and fitted a gauge I found out that the unit was indeed pre-charged. It does not make that clear in the 'instructions' but once I'd opened up the valves I found that out. On the plus side I have two charges of gas in stock for future use if needed.In a nutshell if you have never worked with AC or reefer systems then this is not DIY easy. If you have then it's not by any means too difficult but you need the tools.Now, I would also like to point out to those who think in metric that industrially you need to understand imperial as well. Even though this is made in Italy all of the fittings and pipe are in inches. That's global standard.Anyway, quality of each unit is good. They seem to be well made using good materials for the price. The head unit that is fitted internally is not too large and fairly innocuous. The outside unit is not overly obvious and you can mount it somewhere less noticeable if you have the room.Once I'd put everything together, opened the valves and powered up it I used the controller to start it up. Power on and off it went preset to 21degrees.That was it. There are many options such as ECO and swinging the blades but for me as it came out of the box it was fine.I have this in the master bedroom which in my house is probably much bigger than the average and this happily cooled my room down to 18 degrees easily. Next night I set it to 21 again and it was perfect.In today's prices - June 2020 - I found that the running cost is about £1 per night from 2100 to 0600 next day.In conclusion I have to say that personally I'm happy with this unit and for me the total cost was around £430 which, isn't too much for what this is. However, I am familiar with this kind of gear and did not need an installer to do it. If you are not super used to electro-mechanical gear then you would have to factor in the cost of an installer which would add a day's work on top at least which, I'm sure would not be cheap. My gut feeling is that if you are not handy that way then it would be cheaper to spend more on a proper plug and play setup where all the parts were supplied with piping precharged with push fit fittings.Even if you are experienced you will probably have to consider getting some gas just in case you make a mistake and need to add some R32 and that means at least another £100 and a delivery from Europe.Overall a good system at a cheap price but you have to know what you are getting into.

Produits pas trop mal pour le prix mais il n’y a pas de récepteur wifi contrairement au descriptif. J’ai eu droit à un bel impact sur mon unité extérieur, la livraison et le sav laissent vraiment à désirer
