As someone that likes using old consoles every now and then this cable which is intended mostly for the N64 to hdmi for quality reasons turns out to be far more functional than the name on the device implies as that particular video out slot was shared among a variety of Nintendo consoles including the SNES and Gamecube. It obviously doesn't perform miracles but as nothing is lost from the console to the screen, as even newer tv's can struggle with old inputs, there does tend to be an improve on the visual quality compared to not doing so. Honestly a must have if you want to make use of the old consoles still instead of swapping to something like emulation especially if you want the most accurate experience.

Un convertisseur N64/snes/gamecube/ dédié, voila qui fait plaisir ! L'ensemble fonctionne bien, installation très simple, plug and play pour un résultat très convaincant sur mon téléviseur LG. la définition est bonne et le son est bien synchronisé, il gère également bien ma super Nintendo switchée en 60hz. Un petit regret, le packaging inexistant et le mode d'alimentation en micro-usb, j'aurai préféré de l'USB-C mais je ne vais pas enlever une étoile pour ça.

J'avais commandé ce convertisseur car ma TV crée un décalage image/son (retard d'environ 250ms) parce qu'elle doit convertir l'image en 480p analogique de la prise péritel en 1080p. (la plupart des écrans plats font cela). Il existe également un "mode jeu" sur certains écrans TV qui réduit ce décalage mais ce n'est jamais vraiment parfait.Ce convertisseur crée le même problème, il génère aussi un délais avec un retard à l'affichage. Il n'est donc d'aucune utilité (sauf pour ceux qui n'auraient pas du tout de prise péritel)De plus, avec une gamecube en mode 60hz, l'image est flou, ce convertisseur ne supporte que le mode 50hz.Normalement, un convertisseur ne crée pas de retard d'affichage mais celui-ci oui. Je ne peux donc pas l'utiliser.

I recently received this and when I connected the Nintendo 64 to it, and displayed it on my TV, the image keeps jumping about. Not good.

Doesn’t even work, the quality is awful and the product itself just makes the screen shake like crazy while trying to play the game with even worse quality than before, definitely getting a refund, do NOT buy !
